First of all I just love to make many of Ina's recipes. This recipe was from an episode where the entire suprise dinner was greek. I love all of the recipes from this episode. I made the entire suprise greek dinner for my family when they were visiting from out of town. They all loved it as well. Many of them like the Tzatziki on the lamb also.

I made these kabobs but I substituted chicken for the lamb. The marinade made them very moist and the flavor was excellent. I served it with the tzaziki (spell? sauce, pita chips and the greek salad. We're going to eat the left overs tonight as gyros by putting the chicken into pita break with the sauce. Can't wait!

I did this for a women's club and then twice at church gatherings for more than a hundred people each time. Everyone went bananas. They couldn't believe how fabulous this recipe was, they wanted the recipe and wondered where they could get it. I recommend every Ina Garten recipe book, unlike some other cookbooks and recipes that tend to make things complicated and difficult (sometimes impossible. Ina always makes cooking accesible and straightforward, it's like she want you to be as successful as she is.
Many people said they did not like lamb before they tasted this, afterward they asked me what it was, beef? what kind of meat was it? It is DELICIOUS. Thank you, Ina and Food Network.

My kids are not fans of lamb. Could I use chicken & marinate for less time?

Last night I made the entire menu from the "Go Greek" episode. While everything was very good, these kebabs were the stand-outs. Everyone was slightly apprehensive when I said I wanted to make lamb, but I've made them all believers! The yogurt marinade was creamy and delicious, and imparted the most wonderful flavor to the lamb. I highly recommend!

My husband and I grill. A lot. And I can honestly say that these were the best kebabs we have ever had. We served them with Ina's Greek Salad and it was wonderful too. Easy, delicious, and a definite must try.

I had left over lamb from a leg of lamb in the freezer and used it in this recipe. This was so very good a definate keeper. I agree with the first post to add garlic to the marinade next time.

I did this entire menu today for a BBQ..Every single part of it was a huge success,,I could have made 100 more of the spanakopitas as fast as they were going,,delicious..The kebabs were spactular..The only thing I did different was add 2 hugh cloves of minced garlic to the marinade as I think Lamb demands garlic along with the rosemary but that is a personal preference..The greek salad was great, especially keeping the feta in large pieces as Ina did,,afterall, the feta is kind of the star of the show.. A light desert of fresh fruit, use anthing, with the yogurt dip was a perfect ending to a delightful meal..Do try it..
