This was so easy to make and really delicious! I added a little less pepper than the recipe calls for and it was perfect!

Very Yummy! My husband likes his carrots a little softer, so I cooked them longer than the recipe called for. Also didn't use as much pepper, but that's just because I don't like a lot. The carrots had a very tasty flavor, and the kids liked them too! This will be one that I make again...and again.

I made these and they were so spicy; all you could taste was the black pepper. The recipe calls for 1 TBSP; I would make them again but would only put maybe 1 teaspoon of pepper in next time

Mama made something like this and also cooked carrots with plain cream sauce.
I never could replicate her "recipes" (she didn't have any!.
As for "Null", just consider her comments "Null & Void".

Was looking for a quick delicious cooked carrot recipe. Couldn't have found one better. My whole family loved them. I will definitely make these again and again.

Love these and I'm not a fan of cooked carrots. I will surely make them a lot more. I added a pinch more of brown sugar close to the end of cooking to give the carrots a carmelized crust and it was delicious!

I don't know why I have not reviewed them before. I have made them so many times since the show aired. I put the black pepper on the carrots as I plate them because I have 3 children and not all of them like spicy, but other than that I change nothing and they are so great. All of my children mainly my 11 yr old says when are we going to have carrots again something I thought I would never here.

These carrots are so delicious and easy, I'm planning on serving them for Christmas dinner.
