So very good. I adjusted the cayene pepper to my taste (I have a 5 year old and left out the sour cream (we used it as a garnish. I have made it twice in the last week, delicious. I think it will bring me the win at the chili cook off this weekend!

Absolutely divine. My boss made the chicken chili for the first time for her husband and brought some to the office to share with me for lunch. I'm amazed at the wonderful flavors. I can't wait to make it for my family. I had never even heard of a chicken chili before and was so surprised at how wonderful it is.I prefer it to the beef chili.

I just made this today and it is awesomely delicious!! I love the spice. I made it a day in advance to watch the game tomorrow night. I can't wait to dig into this tomorrow with a salad! I think my friends will really enjoy this, my daughter certainly does! This will be a regular in this house!!

Delicious! Warm cozy soup for a rainy evening. Couple critiques - this says it makes 2 quarts and since I typically need 3 quarts of soup for my family of 6, I 1 1/2 times the recipe. Not everyone ate tonight - we served five 12-ounce bowls full and still had about 2 quarts leftover when we were done. That is not a complaint as I'm sure the leftovers will be awesome - just beware it makes more than you may be thinking. Also, even though I increased the recipe by half, I did not increase the spices. I left them alone except for the cayenne and the chile powder. I should have used 3 tbsp of chile powder but started out with just 1 tbsp. I only used a scant 1/2 tsp of cayenne. After tasting, I added another 1/2 tbsp of chile powder and it was perfect for me. My men wouldn't have minded more heat but us girls liked it just fine the way it was. No one was interested in cheese on top but some did add crackers. Wonderful!

Great recipe, my kids love it (even the fussy one. I love Big Daddy, his recipes are fantastic! Always be aware that he is a spicy boy! Take it easy on the spices for the kids, add corn (they love it, use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut, cut most of the butter (one stick is just too much and go easy on the chicken stock if you like it thick like me. Brown rice and cheesy cornbread go great with it! Thanks again BD and keep them coming!
