I make this for every potluck I go to. I have been asked for the recipe over and over again. When one walks into eat the first thing they smell is my salad. Love cilantro and lime. The only thing I change is the amount of scallions. I use less by half.

Everything worked well together, but had I left the dry seasonings out or replaced it with something else it would have been good. It made the texture gritty and overpowered other flavors.

A very easy recipe to follow and the flavorful rewards were great. Put a spoonful on your favorite cracker and let the hard crunch and tender beans mix it up with the citrus and spice and you're in taste bud heaven.
