Was pretty good, but very mushy if left too long.

We loved it! The smaller quantity and pretty color, combined with a very different taste...my family loves horseradish...so this is a nice alternative to my own family favorite that serves an army!

I have made this many times, using either purple or red potatoes, and it is always delicious!!

This was really really great! I used red because purple are not at the store right now. But the flavor was spot on!

NICE! Used red potatoes since I couldn't find the purple. It was tangy, yummy, DELICIOUS! And mine tasted better the next day.

This was just ok for me. When I first saw the ingredients I thought it would be out of this world. I loved the cooking method for the potatoes by flavouring it with garlic, red pepper flakes, vinegar, etc while they boil (but truthfully, it had little impact. If you do make it, eat it up right away. I thought the flavours would be even better the next day, but it really just ends up looking like a pink gooey mess because of the colour of the potatoes. However, the pickles in it were awsome!

Like Duff & team, I tailgate and attend the Baltimore Raven's games. I made this potato salad for opening day and it was a hit with the rest of the tailgate. The dill and horseradish combination was just enough to make it different from the usual potato salad recipes. Everyone liked the taste AND the fact that it was made with purple potatoes since that's a Raven color.

But for Kylene from FL - this could easily be made with whatever kind of potato you have on hand.

Thanks, Duff, and we'll be looking for you around M&T Stadium!
