I, too, would like the value of the ingredients. I'm doing well on WW & want to keep it that way, but these recipes don't help many of us.

You wouldn't think such a simple recipe would be so good but it really is! No only easy, but you can switch around ingredients and still have a wonderful outcome. I already had peach preserves in stock so decided to use that and I also used cinnamon raisin bread instead. Delicious! I made just one portion but could have easily eaten two! Trying different cereals is a good idea as well. Next time I will definitely try it with the orange juice, zest and the orange jam. This will definitely be a breakfast staple for us. Hey Melissa, got any good pancake recipes?

Wonderful combiantion of creaminess and crunchiness. I had to make and extra batch as these French Toasts disappeared before breakfat. Thank you, Melissa for making us try new techniques. Great tips, always!!!

Made this for my wife as a surprise. (she says she HATES Bran. Substituted sliced strawberries in the middle and pureed strawberries as a finishing touch. Used All-Bran nuggets as the topping without telling her what was in it. She asked for seconds! When I told her what it contained she said nooooooo! We love Melissa's show as she is so geniune and makes great dishes. I've recreated every one of them and they are fantastic!! Can't wait until Sunday for her next show!
