I really liked the show, but the recipe didn't turn so great. The cream sauce was just too much. It seemed like a good idea, and I certainly don't look down on a good white sauce with cheese, but the veggies were just swimming in it. You don't really need that much sauce. otherwise good.

I love anything covered with cheese and that includes these Brussels Sprouts. Well done!
I found the cornbread stuffing by doing a search for Claire Robinson. When all the recipes come up, scroll to #76.

Hey, I am in California so I am just watching the episode. I grabbed the recipe for you:
Pour liquid from turkey through a siv (mesh strainer into a small pot.
Then, in a small bowl add 2 tbsp of room temperature butter and 2 tbsp of flour. Mix and then add to the pot of turkey juices. Heat and wisk until it thickens. Done!
Hopefully they will put all of the recipes on here soon

I just Love this women, extremely knowlegable vibrant, unflapable, inventive you name it. I never miss her Sat afternoon show unless my house is on fire. She proves you can cook with confidence and pride and simply. What a fine addition to the food networks line up of TV cooking shows, "Claire you are one of the best" So many receipes so little time. They are all Supurb, I like brussel sprouts but now I love them ! Thank You.

All the recipes on that show looked wonderful and would have been perfect for just my son and I but when I went to get the recipes the only one was for the Brussel sprouts! Where can I get the other recipes?
