I loved it. It takes a lot of prep time though, you really have to plan it.

I made this dessert thinking it may difficult and messy but I was wrong. It was very easy and well worth the wait. I rolled my icecram balls in Golden Grahams Cereal but I was thinking next time I may try Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal just for the extra kick of cinnamon flavor. I had a cookout at my house, several peopel never heard of fried icecream and everyone loved it. It is very simple to make but make sure you follow the directions on freezing the icecream balls for 2 hrs, coat and freeze again so the coating will stick.

Being the first time I made fried ice cream, it was quite tasty. The only issue was I decided to make the ice cream balls only about an inch, which will allow you less time to fry it before it melts. Be sure to make it bigger and it should work fine.

This is the first time I ever ate fried ice cream and let me tell you it is delicious. I used captain crunch, and for garnish caramel and strawberry sauce.
