I saw this on the show today and I can't wait to try! I found the black beans and rice recipe on this website. The recipe was called Black Beans and Rice with Cilantro Pesto. Hope this helps!

I tried this recipe but the black beans and rice with pesto was missing. It would have added a nice touch to this tasty dish. Where can I get that recipe?

I agree with some other reviewers....where is the recipe for the RICE/BEAN DISH? I wasn't able to copy the recipe as it was prepared, assuming that I'd be able to get it on-line!! THANKS!!!

Mark from Sterling, VA made a comment about the authenticity of the Kimchi. I don't think anyone would think Bobby Flay is trying to make an authentic Korean dish (note it's called Pork Shoulder Rajas.
There are types of Kimchi that don't have the pepper powder. In fact, there are vaious types of Kimchi using different vegatables and spices.
Bobby's "quick" kimchi is not even pickled, so that alone should point out that it's not meant to be authentic. Finally for those familiar with Bobby's cooking, know that he often uses southwestern flavors in his dish, hence the addition of the serrano chili.
The dish should be judged on flavor and maybe ease of preparation. I thought it was excellent and well balanced. Well worth the effort.

I work with several Korean people and your Kimchi is not authentic. I know what's in Kimchi and that's not it. Kimchi has Korean pepper powder in it not what was specified in the recipe. It's not that the recipe wasn't any good it's that you are labeling it as Kimchi. Inexperienced people read this and think this is really a form of Kimchi and it's not. You don't put Serrano peppers in Kimchi.

I believe this is the recipe for the blackberry julep. Bobby just took mint leaves and frozen blackberries and mulled (smashed them in the bottom of the cup. Then he added crushed ice and then filled the rest up with bourbon. I believe he might have topped it with some seltzer water. But that is it. Hope this helps! :
