    This is a nice quick and easy version, but the flavor, for me, is lacking that of a soup that takes forever to cook. I will say that it tastes better after sitting for a couple of days and the flavor melds.

    My husband made dinner and surprised me with this yummy soup! I was very filling and I loved every bite of it. We used swiss cheese instead because that is what we had on hand. Makes dinner very elegant with out a lot of work- Loved It will make it again.

    I don't think I've tasted any FOS better than this one and it's so simple. The cheese toasts take it over the top, it's great. I added a little gouda because I love the smoky taste mixed with the sweet onions. Simply amazing.
