Terrific! So easy yet so flavorful! Made it yesterday as a "test" before making it for an upcoming party and couldn't stop snacking on it - to test it, of course! It ended up being my dinner and probably will be lunch today; definitely serving it at my party. Did add a little minced red onion just because I had it on hand and love it. Thanks, once again, Giada!

WOW - this is great!! I couldn't find pecorino but parmesan seems to work fine. The dish is supposed to be for dinner tomorrow, but I can't see how it can taste any better then than it does now. I can hardly wait to have it then!

AMAZING! As other reviewers, when I saw the episode I knew I had to try, so next day ran to the store for the missing ingredient- the cheese- and it was fast and easy to make. I can't wait for my bean-loving son to try it tonite!

This is the best bean salad I have ever made. It travels well and make sure you take copies of the recipe because you will get requests for it.

Love, love, love this dish! After watching the episode, I immediately ran to the store for the ingredients. Since then, I have had to make this at least once a week to keep my husband happy. I have tweaked it a bit by grating the cheese & adding more fresh herbs, like oregano, sweet basil & Thai basil. My last version has toasted pine nuts, which made perfection even better! This dish will remain a staple for years to come!!!
