This pizza was easy to make, healthy, and delicious! Just added it to my recipe box. To cut down on prep time just used a Boboli for the dough!

I too have played around with alot of pizza doughs and this one is right on. I found the dough actually better after one rise at room temperature and then letting it rest overnight in the fridge in a plastic bag, It was incredibly light crispy and airy. Great pizza topppings too!!

I've spent about 6 years tying to nail down a good pizza dough recipe with mixed success. Some doughs are easier to work with and others taste better. The biggest problem comes with trying to get the pies in and out of the oven on the baking stone. This recipe was easy, tasted terrific, provided plenty of rise and was also a snap to work with on a range top grill pan. I was able to separate the dough into 4 portions and each person could personalize the pizza. Came off without a hitch. Will sub in some garlic or truffle infused olive oils for the regular olive oil to add some more flavor.
