I watched his show yesterday for the first time and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! He has the best personality and is just laugh out loud funny. His recipe instruction was easy to follow along with and what beautiful presentation ideas. I give it a 10! What a breath of fresh air, can't wait for the next show to air!

I watched the show yesterday, and LOVE all the recipes he made...I am saving them now and plan to make them all very soon! I agree with Jenna though, I did come here looking for the Bacon Martini recipe first, and very surprised (and disappointed to find that it is not here!
I found the show to be 'OK', but he is very entertaining! I will watch mostly to see what kind of crazy stuff he willl come up with next!

Great recipe! A big hit with everyone!
Also, INGRID in Hattiesburg, this review is for the recipe, not the show! I happen to find the show fun and lively, which Food Network needs lately!

I haven't made any of the recipes but am going to sometime this week. I love the show. He's great to watch and he's not even a trained chef!! Great personality, great looking food!

And Owen I agree with you!! I am so amazed that this man could have so many talents!
I am going to plan my own Bacon Party next weekend, using all his recipes?
But what kind of wine is best served with Bacon??? I guess I will offer dry wines since Bacon is sort of sweet and salty. Any suggestions??

Madam, you are a nitwit. This forum is to review recipes, not flaunt your homophobia.

I haven't tried Brian's recipe yet, but watching him make it, made my mouth water. I only gave the recipe a "4," because I haven't tried it yet, and puff pastry can be tricky! But I'm printing every recipe he shows.
I love Brian's boisterous joie de vivre, and think he is the best surprise on Food Network to come along since Guy Fieri. Who needs "Next Food Network Star," when you've got serious cooks like this that DELIVER!

The recipes sound great, but I can't deal with The Theatrics! Will just check the recipes on the computer, but will not watch the show. He drives me crazy, along with that guy in the background.
