This was only the second time I have cooked Brussels sprouts and the first time I grilled them. This was much better and I really enjoyed them. The only change I made was to use half the bacon because I had less sprouts than the recipe called for. They were delicious! Paula is the best!

Now I love brussel sprouts and would only use 1-2 strips of bacon for this recipe. The bacon overpowered the whole dish. With that said, the garlic infused buttery-fatty goodness was just too good!! I am going to start infusing everything with garlic!! Haha. Anyway, made this dish for christmas dinner and was a huge hit. Would do everything the same again, except for the amount of bacon. Oh, one more thing, Pancetta would be a good substitution here.

I made this dish for my family and everyone ate them. No leftovers. I decided to make them for the Family Thanksgiving dinner instead of sweet potato casserole. This dish was the headliner of the meal. No left overs, again.
I wanted an easy and quick dish with brussel sprouts and tried this one. It was a big hit and I now have a recipe that my whole family loves, even my picky eater.
Terrific way to fix brussel sprouts, Way to go, Ya'll.

This side dish was the hit of a birthday dinner! Granted, all those in attendance like brussels sprouts, but these were exceptional. The sweet and salty of the sugar and bacon are such a nice compliment to the heady cabbage flavor. I highly recommend this recipe!

Both of my sons (24 and 18 can't stand for me to cook brussel sprouts because they can't stand the smell, not to mention, they don't like them either. When I made this recipe, not only did the brussel sprouts not smell, they were the best I've ever had. I got my sons to take one bite and they too thought they were great. With the help of this recipe, I've won the boys over.

My boyfriend loves Brussels Sprouts. I on the other hand, not that fond. These were fabulous. Best recipe yet, and I've tried a lot of them. This one I enjoyed very much. You might even be able to get kids to like this one.

I don't like Brussels Sprouts but I loved these! The flavors were awesome together. Make sure that you let them brown because that is where a lot of the flavor comes from. I will make these again!
