This was a hit with my family! My husband said the house had the aroma of a gourmet restaurant. Big Daddy this is a home run hit out the park. This was very simple to make and flavorful. Thanks for making me enjoy cooking fish again.

My first time blackening fish and it was EXCELLENT.

So very flavorful and a nice way to prepare this affordable fish.

The only thing I would change is to use a little less salt.

This was the first time I had ever attempted a fish recipe like this. It was very simple and had excellent flavor. I added 1/2 of the red pepper that was called for since my wife doesn't care for hot spices but this was just the right amount. Thank you for the recipe.

This was really easy and tasted great. I baked my fish in the oven to make it a bit healthier. 400 degrees for 18 minutes and it was perfect!

All I have to say is...my husband doesn't like fish and he got up for seconds! He doesn't like fish to taste too fishy and the spicy rub made it taste great.
