Just wanted to say that this is how I make my coleslaw all the time. I use dijon mustard instead of dry though. I love the fresh taste of lemon juice.

I went with this recipe beacause of its simplicty. It took me 5 minutes to make (I had the ready made slaw mix from the store and my husband and his best friend both say this is the best slaw they have ever tasted. This one is a keeper

Decided to make fish tacos for dinner and needed a slaw for a topping. I had all the ingredients on hand and it went perfect with my dinner. I do not normally like coleslaw, but i liked this one, it is slightly sweet.
