Fantastic!! First I made it as was called for but I added more of the sweet chili sauce, I liked it more saucy. Now, I usually add in sliced red bell peppers and if I don't have green onions, sliced white or yellow onion works as well. I also have added snap peas instead of the snow peas and I think I like that best...green bell pepper also worked, in the end, it's the sauce that makes it and besides the steak, put in what you like and it will be fabulous. I think I would also like to try chicken and shrimp too!

I think all these reviews raised my expectations too high. It was good, but seemed like your average stir fry dish. Will look for other recipes.

FABULOUS! We used 1/2 tsp dried ground ginger vs. real ginger, and added sliced water chestnuts and sliced bell pepper. Just the right amount of spices enhancing the wonderful chili garlic sauce. Highly recommend this recipe. So easy, quick, and flavorful. Definitely added to our repeat recipes! Thanks for sharing.

Very tasty and I loved it, but the b/f did complain that the ginger was too strong.

REALLY delicious and easy to make. I doubled the liquid ingredients as suggested in the reviews, good call, might make 3 times as another suggested next time

Definitely a keeper with us! Next time, I think I'll use sugar snap peas as the snow ones were a bit bitter. The flavor was amazing, though!

This recipe was absolutely delicious! I used sweet chili sauce instead of garlic chili sauce and it still came out fantastic. I can't wait to make it again! Def 5 star worthy and a keeper!

Really good flavors and not too labor intensive. Hardest part is slicing the meat. It really does help to freeze it slightly.

This was the best stir-fry I have ever made. Fresh peas from the garden and a fabulous sauce...perfect.
