Had this as a side dish yesterday... so easy, healthy and tastes great. First taste my husband said it's a keeper. Since used only half of the bunch for the two of us, we are having again with dinner tonight!

This recipe is a gem, absolutely spectacular. I've also tried it with chopped walnuts & I think I'll alternate the two since I liked them both so much. I didn't use any butter, it wasn't necessary. I used water instead of chicken broth & a half teaspoon of salt to replace the bouillon. It was excellent, people! Tasted naughty, but was perfectly healthy.

this was very good. i used home made chicken broth and added a pinch of red pepper flakes for some kick. next time i will skip the bouillon because i think it was a bit too salty for us. also, i would toast the almonds separately and add them last to keep them crunchy and caramelize the onions for about 10 minutes before adding the garlic and continuing on... i like my onions very brown. but, still the recipe is a great way to add leafy greens to your menu!

Awesome! Takes all bitterness out of kale and almonds add a nice crunch. I've tried lots of kale receipes before but this one is THE one I use now! Thanks Aaron..the only advice is to watch the chicken bouillon if you have the bouillon cubes..I use half a square, I found a whole square too salty.

I enjoyed this recipe. Had to swap out sliced almonds for slivered - and probably had too many - but I love almonds too! I also didn't have the bouillon and it tasted great w/o it. Next time I'll try the recipe to the letter - but 5 stars regardless. Adding this to my "go to" kale side dishes.

This was very good. I was suprised that as much a Aaron likes heat that he just used pepper instead of red pepper flakes. I used some on my portion because my husband doesn't like any heat and it was very good. Either way an excellent recipe. Will diffently add to my regular rotation.

I am a huge fan of this simple kale recipe. I had never cooked kale before and tried this recipe a year ago for the first time. After sampling it, I found myself craving it all the time and always come back to this recipe!! I didn't have bouillon and used a chicken broth paste I found at Trader Joes instead-- it is consistently delicious!!
