Yes it is dee-lish. But is it worth the mess? I'd also omit the oil in the dressing. You don't need it. But Michael, I'll come to your place :

This recipe is Amazing, my family loves it. I made it a second time and roasted the Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. It was much easier and healthier. Thank you Michael Symon for this amazing receipe.

My husband and I LOVE this dish at Lolita and didn't know what the secret was till now! I made it yesterday for the first time and it was such a huge hit at the Thanksgiving table... no leftovers! Not that this dish needs any additions but I did add bacon just to top it off. Thank you Michael Symon for posting this recipe.

Served this for Thanksgiving and everyone was amazed they actually like brussel sprouts! An interesting flavor and texture. Will make again for sure.

I made these for dinner last night, and they were a big hit. We never eat brussels sprouts because my husband hates them, but he thought these were delicious.

I made this for a recent dinner party and all guests raved about it and asked for the recipe. One thing that the recipe doesn't mention is draining the sprouts, which really should be done. Also, in my experience, brussels sprouts, even though quite dry, also sputtered and spattered when going into the oil. Time consuming, but delicious.

I have been trying to find this recipe since I saw Aaron Sanchez talk about it on The best thing I ever ate. Thought I was going to have to go to Cleveland. My husband is a huge brussel sprout fan and I have been wanting to make this for him. So again, thank you for adding it to the site.
