I was wondering if using chicken stock will change anything. Generally chicken broth (store bought has MSG and gluten in it.

We ate the whole thing in one night this was so good! A definite keeper! Very easy prep. Short cook time. A great "instant" appetizer for unexpected guests.

I love this recipe. I modified it a little. I thaw out frozen spinach and squeeze dry of liquid. I put in a whole 8oz package of low fat cream cheese instead of the 6 oz. I add a little more mozzarella, and extra tablespoon of chicken broth and a few dashes of hot sauce. It is so good.

Outstanding. Only thing I add is half of a fresh squeezed lemon and then once I pull it out of the oven, I sprinkle a little more lemon juice on top. Magnificent.

Great recipie overall, however: This recipe is listed as diabetic friendly. It is not. The large amount of cheeses and fat in the recipe present a challenge for most diabetics. The fats and oils in the cheeses are problematic for serious diabetics.

Absolutely fantastic! Made this for the first time at Christmas and it was a huge hit. Easy to make and ingredient amounts were spot on. Didn't add the cannellini beans as didn't have them. Just loved the taste of the fresh basil and the fact that this version has so much green in it...not all cheese and grease like so many restaurant version. We made our own baked chips using old tortillas seasoned and baked in the oven. Will definitely make this again!

I made this for the first time for my holiday party. Probably not the best idea for a first time try, but I lucked out it came out great. Everyone loved it. I baked them in my 6 ramekins which fit perfectly and it was a nice touch. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I left out the beans because I wasn't sure if everyone would like it and I just put the whole 8 oz package of cream cheese instead of 6 oz. I will try with the beans next time to see the difference.

I made this for Christmas Sunday lunch with my parents and sister. Since she's a vegetarian (pro ovo-lacto, I substituted the water from the can of artichokes for the chicken stock and omitted the Worcestershire sauce. Her fiance hates spinach-artichoke dips because they are usually chocked full of mayo (which grosses me out too and don't have much flavor. This one was savory and very flavorful. He loved it. She loved it. We all enjoyed the recipe very much. Adding this to my kitchen notebook, I will make this one again and again. Thanks Food Network!
