Made this for xmas eve. As others have said, I added the entire can of beans and 8oz of philly cream cheese. I also added some parmesan to the top and broiled it on high for 5 mins. Also, I didn't cook it at 450 as I thought that was too hot, so I cooked it at 400. When my guests inquired about the recipe, when I told then there was entire can of beans, I got the "THERE ARE BEANS IN THIS?!" Making this again for New Year's Eve for a different crowd. Yum!

I made this for my family over the holidays and everyone flipped. Nobody could believe that this wasn't a full fat guilty pleasure. Even my picky daughter who hates beans of any type loved this. I did goof on the recipe and added the whole can of beans and 8oz of cheese but knowing how well it turned out I will do this on purpose next time. This will definitely be made in our house again and again.

I made this for my family and was surprised they all enjoyed it. Easy and tasty. Could use a little extra zing though.

I made this to bring to party and it was all gone when I went to take the bowl home. I followed one reviewers suggestions and added the whole can of beans, 8 ounces of Neufchatel and added 3/4 cup of mozzarella to the mixture and sprinkled the top with about 1/4 cup. I added 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne which worked fine. I only used 1/4 cup of broth and next time I will use the 1/2 cup called for as the result was a little too dry. Also, I think 450º is too hot because the dip browned before it bubbled.

Didn't care for the dip at all neither did my family. Not a lot of taste.

This was a great healthy version of artichoke spinach dip which everyone seems to love. I didn't miss the heavy ingredients at all...this turned out just as flavorful and delicious. This recipe is pretty involved in that it utilizes the cooktop, the food processor and the oven, so I wouldn't say it's that quick to make, but it is worth the trouble. I thought this tasted much better when served closer to room temperature as opposed to piping hot out of the oven...when served closer to room temperature the flavors seemed to have time to develop. I couldn't really taste the basil, but since the recipe was so good I'd continue to keep it in the recipe (some reviewers have omitted that ingredient.

AMAZING!! I love spinach dip and this is by far the BEST SPINACH DIP I'VE EVER HAD!! Follow the recipe exactly x3, minus the beans for our holiday party last night and it was a HIT!!! Will be making this dip over and over and over again!! Thank you Food Network for this awesome recipe!!
