Yuck! I made it exactly as the recipe said to. It wasn't runny at all as some reviewers said. It had a very strange texture and taste though. The texture was a bit sandy. I am guessing this was from the beans? Not sure. The taste was not like any Artichoke-Spinach dip I have ever had. I usually love Artichoke-Spinach dip and was excited to try this one because it was lower fat and more protein than most recipes. Unfortunately, it was a total flop. My kids won't even eat it.

This was such a great recipe!!! I love sneaking white beans into things and this didn't even make me come up with the idea on my own. Served it with homemade bread bowl. Will do again and share with friends!!!!

Very tasty, great appetizer to bring to a party. Probably will use 1/4 cup more chicken broth next time.

This is a fabulous dip...few suggestions: Add an additional can of artichokes and another bag of spinach, makes for a chunkier dip. Beans aren't necessary- i've had them both with and without and there isn't much of a difference. Love it!

Very, very good. I'm not a bean fan so I left them out all together. I also didn't blanche the herbs... just chop them and throw them in. Sometimes these fancy recipes go to far... I can't see any reason to blanche herbs. But the end result was a very tasty creation!

This dip was great! I left out the beans because I didn't have them and it turned out wonderful!

LOTS of ingredients, good recipe to use up items leftover from other recipes.

Made it for Super Bowl, and the guys devoured it! By the time the rest of the guests arrived, it was GONE!
