I'm picky about salad dressings. Just can't seem to find the right one that I connect with. For the people who gave this recipe low reviews......try it at least one more time....but this time add at least a tablespoon of honey to it....and....maybe a touch more of pomegrante juice...and adjust the mustard to taste. I wasn't real pleased with it until I added the honey. I really really like this dressing!

Due to the overwhelming flavor of mustard, I added a few ingredients of my own like cranberry juice instead of pomegranate. I also reduced the mustard and it turned out to be amazing! Its a lovely and simple recipe. :

I read the reviews and still went ahead and made this dressing. I didn't add as much mustard like everyone suggested. I only added 1 tablespoon. It was still wrong. I thought "something needs to cut the olive oil taste!" Then I realized, there is no VINEGER in this vinaigrette!! Was this just overlooked? I added red wine vinegar. MUCH better!

I was so excited to try this recipe because I love raspberry vinaigrette and have not found a recipe that I like. To my dismay this recipe was extremely displeasing to my palate. I spent a lot of money for this simple recipe only to have wasted fresh ingredients. I tasted it, looked at the recipe (to make sure I had followed it correctly - and I did not diviate from it, and tasted it and returned to look at the recipe - I did this three (3 times. Then I decided it needed to sit over night. Nope - that did not help either. The mustard flavor was overwhelming and I just think this was just a bad combination of ingredients. I will NOT be attempting this one again!!!

Although needed for the emulsification, way too much mustard. Should have been called a mustard vinaigrette.

I switched out pomegranate juice for the cranberry that I had on hand, and the dressing was GREAT! I added pomegranate seeds, pecans, and Parmesan shavings to the greens and raspberries... YUM. Thanks, Claire!

Not at all what I expected. The only thing different I did in this recipe was using frozen raspberries. I can't really explain the flavor other than it was aweful. I even added sugar to see if this helped but it didn't make much difference. Definately a waste of good ingredients!!!

Enjoyed this dressing. It was incredibly easy to make and very tasty. Next time I would cut back a little on the mustard, it was a little too tangy for us. It was even better the second day.
