Very good and simple to make! I added garlic powder and left the parmesan cheese to the Panko mixture. This is a keeper recipe.

I just made it with Tilapia and served it with a side of marinara sauce. I added garlic to the Panko. It was great!

So good! The panko toasts in the oven beautifully and restores the crispiness lost in the roasting method, and the parsley really brightens the flavor. And that salad was fantastic. I made it exactly as the recipe said, but I would change a couple of things next time. The Parmesan cheese/egg mixture didn't stick well to the floured chicken, so next time I will try adding the cheese to the breading. I would have preferred more lemon flavor, but everyone else liked it as it was. I would also suggest making a bit of extra breading, because I was just a little short on panko and ran out by the fourth thigh. On that note, the thighs were a bit too oily even after I trimmed off a lot of the fat, so next time I'll switch to breasts. Or pork chops, that would be wonderful.

Haven't really been a thigh/leg kind of family, but wow, will be now. This dish is delicious and so easy to prepare.

Fantastic! A heathier way to enjoy the taste of fried chicken. The salad is a nice, light side. I added cucumber because I had one to use up. I used all drumsticks and they were done in 30 minutes. I will say this...getting the skin off a chicken drumstick is NOT FUN. Definitely getting skinless next time. Might try this breaking method on pork chops...

WOW! Amazing. My 7-yr old had almost two cutlets. A new family favorite! Thanks, Aida!

I made the oven fried chicken tonight minus the salad. I used the thighs and a chicken breast instead of the legs. My family loved this meal! This is my new fried chicken recipe...thanks Aida!

My husband: This is one of the best "fried" chicken I've ever had. He's not a huge fan of parmesan or lemon, but loved this dish.
Four year old: I want to eat this chicken again tomorrow night.
I ended up throwing out 1/2 the flour, and will use less next time. I used 4 eggs and still had some batter left over. I used all of the bread crumbs and even needed a little more.
It really was delicious and flavorful. Very crispy. Great tip to remove the skin by using a paper towel.
