This is very good and simple. The only suggestions I have would be to omit the mustard from the recipe if you don't like it (which I don't and definately make more cream sauce. I added extra cream on a whim and it still was too dry. It's so delicious the way it soaks into the puff pastry so you'll want lots more to soak up! Try this one, you'll love it!

What is this recipe supposed to be? It's basically a grilled steak served with sauteed mushrooms in a cream sauce. Is the puff pastry (which gets soggy rather quickly supposed to add something that mashed potatoes or even french fries couldn't add better? Sorry, don't get it.
