Horrible.. the bitter flavor of tahini mixed with peanut butter was the dominant flavor. horrible. it went straight from the pan into the trash.

This was easily the worst recipe we have ever made. We followed the directions exactly putting in the recommended amount of each ingredient. The sauce was very thick and had an overwhelming taste of Tahini. Neither of us could take more than 2 bites of the food before going back into the kitchen to rinse off the sauce.
Do not use this recipe if you want to be able to eat your food.

I make a lot of Chinese food. I make a lot of vegetarian food. I thought this sounded interesting, but I wondered how all these flavors would meld. Not very well. This just did not taste good. The peanut butter was the strongest flavor. I will not be making this again.

I agree with the others' reviews ? I left out the tahini (didn't have any and added a little sesame oil. Next time I will use less peanut butter, as it was a little too rich in the end.
But it was really yummy!

This dish came out great. I didn't know what on earth tahini was, so I took the other review's advice a used about 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and some extra peanut butter and hot water and the sauce was fine. I also recommend using golden raisins instead of regular ones, they are sweeter and look nicer.

this sounds much better than it actually is, unfortunately. i think it was the tahini sauce. i ended up throwing it away.

good, even though I couldn't find tahini anywhere so I just used sesame oil instead.
