I made this tonight for dinner. I used a cast iron skillet. Added a splash of marsala and a splash of cream before the butter. It was excellent. It's the only time my husband didn't ask for the ketchup. The sauce is bread wiping good. Easy and quick. Company fare...you could make the stuffing ahead of time and have the chops ready.

Made this for a hearty Sunday lunch. It tasted great & was super easy. Loved the Vermouth buttery sauce. Made it with some yummy mashed potatoes...& I was in heaven. Thanks Aida!

Made this last night, my Husband and I really liked it, and was easy to make. Might try it using Marsala wine next time, think that would be good also.
