Yikes, I tryly was surprised at the taste of this recipe. My kids are very finicky when it comes to their veggies. Even my husband loved it. The best critic in my house was my 10 month ld daughter, she just loved it. Thank you Giada for a great trat for my family.

I loved this recipe. I have always eaten peas from a can never frozen but wow what a difference in fresh taste. I did change a bit I didnt add mint and I used garlic powder instead of cloves and monterey jack cheese only because I was out of the ingredients Thank you Giada!

What a surprise this yummy blend of mint and peas turned out to be. The garlic and salt tame the sweetness of the peas. An absolute delight.
