How far before serving can you make them? Made them and served immediately. Can they be made a few hours ahead?

I made this at our christmas party and it was a big hit! I put them in small cupcake holders rather than lollipop sticks. Everyone thought it was store bought. It tasted delicious especially if you love cheesecake!

This was very easy and delicious and was a big hit at our Thanksgiving luncheon at work.
