This is a great and easy way to make brussel sprouts. They were the hit of this year's Thanksgiving dinner. I was able to find brussels still on the stalk. Some were quite large so instead of halving the brussels, I sliced them and substituted freshly grated Asiago. Definitely a keeper - thanks Guy!

Fantastic and easy! Brussels sprouts are hit and miss for me. Sometimes I like them and sometimes they're so bitter I find them inedible. This recipe made them so tender and mild that they were the highlight of our thanksgiving dinner. Substituted Asiago for Parmesan. Delish!

I've made this several times and my family loves it (even the kids. I cut way back on the bacon though.

This recipe is amazing. I too was looking for something a little different for brussel sprouts when I found this recipe. We absolutely loved the flavors of the bacon, onion and sprouts. I found the sprouts to be sweeter than normal which was a nice surprise. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks Guy!

My 22 month old pushed aside her mashed potatoes while asking for more of these brussel sprouts...Wow!

My sprouts were just marble size. Took a long time to clean and slice. Needed a little more seasoning. Maybe zest a lemon over the top and a little less bacon.

Well at least I did until I made these. Easy, and out of this world. Thinking about going from hating a vegetable to putting it on the holiday menu. Family agreed.

I wanted another recipe for brussel sprouts rather than the usual steaming with cheese sauce. Guy's recipe looked tasty, so I made them tonight with pork chops, rice and gravy. They were amazing!! The only changes I made were to cut the sprouts in halves and to add some garlic and a pinch of sugar when sauteing the onions. I put them on low on the back burner while fixing the rest of the meal, and they carmelized beautifully. I'll definately make these again!! Thanks, Guy!!
