I saw Sandra Lee make this on her show. I tried it last night, and
my family LOVED IT. Hubby said it tasted better than restaraunt food.
Kids loved it too. This is now going to be a regular on dinner menu. It was cheap and easy as well. THANK YOU

This was EXCELLENT! My husband and I have been sick for a couple days and we are just starting to feel better. We were craving comfort food and this hit the spot! I didn't change a thing. It was perfect!

This has become one of my favorite recipes! It's so simple and easy to make. I usually pair this just with some orzo pasta and make extra sauce to make enough for the pasta and that is the best! Tonight I made it with risotto, not the mushroom one from the same episode (although that is really good! but a Rachel Ray recipe. The risotto was really good, but I kind of missed the orzo! The sauce is always really runny, so this time I tried making a little bit of a roux by adding some flour to the pan drippings and letting it cook for a bit before adding the broth, but it really made no difference at all, it was just as runny as ever, but still tasted great! Awesome recipe!

Very easy to make, but tastes like you spent an hour! I agree with adding flour to sauce as well. I didn't have any batter come off in my pan so my sauce came out thin. The dish tastes great. Use to impress!

I was tired of chicken on the grill, so I tried this recipe. My hubby and I loved it! The lemon does great things : I buy frozen chicken breasts in a bag at the grocery store. I trimmed the fat off two breasts and flattened them with the pan as Sandra did. I did not slice them in half as she suggested. A few other tweaks - I used Wondra flour. It's so light. I also added some to the chicken broth and mixed it well before adding to the skillet. It helped thicken up the sauce. This was so good. I will probably serve it the next time we have friends over.

This was very simple to make and very flavorful. Personally 4 min per side worked best on my stove and I liked the other comments about adding flour to the sauce, since I thought the sauce was a little thin. It was soooo tasty.

This was SO delicious. I make a lot of boneless, skinless chicken breast recipes, and this is the best so far. On my stove, 6 minutes per side would have been too much, 4 was perfect. I didn't have the herbs Sandra used, so I didn't include them, but the sauce was still perfect. Best dinner I've put on the table in under 20 minutes.
