    This recipe had great potential. I think my execution was not as strong because I had to rely on supermarket seafood rather than getting it from a fish market. Also, I think I overcooked the calamari a bit but I was try to get the flavors to blend. The sauce was delicious. I'm not a polenta fan, so I served it over pasta.

    I made this for a friends b'day party, I dbled the recipe and served them as an app., they are still talking about it...LOVE IT!

    Great recipe. I have made this several times. To make life easier, I place all of the ingredients for the stuffing in a food processor, then I use either a pastry bag or a cake decorator gun to stuff the calamari. Even better on day two

    I made this on a cold Sunday night and my husband and I talked about it for a week. He even said it was oneofmy top 3 dishes. Now I plan to make it Xmas eve for my family in Australia
