I made this for Easter last year and everyone loved it! I'm definitely making it again this year. Delicious!

I made this ham for Christmas this past year, and I actually got a great compliment from my brother who is so stuck into having the usual fare. Compliments on your cooking are very rare from him. He actually got up from the table looking for more of this glaze. I thought it was the perfect ham glaze...and I know good cooking when I taste it! This will surely be a winner in our household.

This ham was delicious. Very easy and will continue to make it just to make it. The only thing is I need a double oven to bake all the other items. Maybe next years Christmas gift.

Does this really only make 4 servings as indicated in the recipe? Seems like it should serve more!

I've prepared this ham several times and it is always a big hit! Very easy, very delicious! The flavors are very distinct & I do not make any adjustments...not your regular holiday ham. Our entire family loves it!

Decided to make this for the Easter ham using apricot 'all fruit' jam instead of the fig jam. All other listed ingredients were used. Turned out really well - everyone commented that the glaze turned out great. It was not too sweet, the dijon cut the sweetness just right.

Wonderful recipe. Found Fig jam at Whole Foods.
Recipe very similar to one I have used many times...Orange Marmalade Jam, Horseradish Mustard (or use Honey Dijon, or regular mustard, plus the orange juice. Also have substituted Apricot Jam, with mustard and o.j., even added fresh ginger or powdered ginger. For a little kick add a bit of cayenne pepper or splash of hot sauce.
Thing to remember with all these sweet jams is they will burn if not careful.
If worried about this, just heat up ingredients in microwave safe dish and put out to serve with a gravy ladle over cooked ham slice.
    YUMMY!

I can't understand commentors who while admitting their ignorance of locating a product then pile on their frustration by downgrading a recipe THEY HAVEN'T EVEN TRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's some ideas... --order some online,-- ask a friend to pick some up for you at Whole Foods Store, --or call a foreign foods market and see if they stock it..

Now, do us all a favor and stay off commenting until you have actually tried the dish.
