These were amazing. I've made them many times now as they are so healthy and easy. I was very surprised at how wonderfully the vinegar and honey went together. This is definately my favorite and go-to way of making Brussels Sprouts.

I was raised on overcooked brussels sprouts and soggy broccoli that were first frozen. Now I roast fresh vegetables to avoid the nasty soggy vegs. These are delicious!

Wonderful. The lemon balances out the sprouts prefectly.

Made this last night for Thanksgiving and everyone who normally eats brussels sprouts really liked it. I used much less oil--about 2 TB total-- and used balsamic instead of white vinegar. Probably used about 2 tsp of vinegar and the same of honey. The cooking time was perfect.

I made this wonderful, simple recipe while the Turkey was at rest and it was a delightful Thanksgiving dish. I would definitely make it again, although I might steam the sprouts for a few minutes beforehand-- the flavors were wonderful but the brussel sprouts were a bit hard for my tastes.

This was a really delicious and simple recipe. The combination of honey, vinegar and red pepper flakes gives it a great spicy/sweet flavor

Great recipe! Loved it - did 375 degrees for 22 minutes - will try 350 for 25 next time - the vinegar/honey is a the perfect addition!

If I could give it a 1 I would. I followed the directions exactly, they burned. My husband said he likes them better steamed from a bag at the supermarket. Oh well....

This is the only way I prepare brussels sprouts. Roasting veggies brings out the natural goodness especially in winter veggies. Add a touch of honey just before serving to add a bit of sweet to the hot pepper. Amazing!
