This is now my go to receipe for brussel sprouts. I like to substitue in balsamic vinegar and aleppo red pepper flakes. Also I sprinkle in a bit of granulated garlic too.

Yummy! This is by far the BEST brussel sprout recipe I have found. I love the extra kick with the honey and white wine vinegar. Like others, I reduced the oven temp. to 375 and baked for about 30 minutes and they came out perfect.

Not only was this incredibly easy but the flavors were amazing! The honey and vinegar at the end just give it the right touch. Will definitely be making this again.

Simple, relatively fast, full of flavor, heat and texture. I made a minor adjustment and used red wine vinegar. Rather than drizzle the vinegar and honey, I coated it after cooking. This made brussels sprouts more appealing than ever.

This was a very good change from regular steamed sprouts. I left whole with an "X" on the stem and roasted at 4oo degrees for 40 minutes. Outside was a little dark but did not taste burnt. They were cooked all the way through. Next time I'll check a little earlier,

This is the first time I made brussels sprouts and I absolutely loved these veggies! I didn't even used the vinegar & honey, so I'll try that next time. The only problem was that the heat was too high at 450, so that many of them burned on the outside, but weren't fully cooked on the inside. Tonight I'm trying them at 400, as Ina Garten recommends.

This dish was a hit on Thanksgiving. My family doesn't really like brussel sprouts but they had this dish and all of it was gone in minutes! Very nice hint of honey and the white wine vinegar to give them a delicate flavor along with the roasting.

I never liked brussel sprouts until a friend made me try them while out to dinner one night. I discovered how good they really can be, and with this recipe the flavor is amazing! They did cook quicker than the recipe indicated, so just make sure to keep on eye on them.

I made these as for my family for Christmas dinner. Everyone loved them, even those who previously hated Brussels sprouts. We ate the whole batch. They are very easy to prepare, yet everyone who ate them thought I was some sort of culinary genius.
