I made this for Easter and it was delicious--so creamy and yummy, everyone loved it! I usually change recipes around, but this one I made exactly as the recipe said and it came out just right. Thanks!

Made these for Easter dinner and was very disappointed. They were too sweet for my family.

I made these for Easter and the only changes I made was to add more Thyme and Chives. I used store bought Creme Fraiche and it made the sauce so creamy. Will definitely do again. My family loved them. And an easy recipe to put together. Thank you for the recipe.

I tried this dish for Easter. The family loved it. No leftovers. Flavors are subtle, not overpowering. I could not find creme fraiche at 3 stores. I did some research and found that you can make it by adding a small amount of buttermilk or sour cream (1 to 2 tlbs to heavy cream (2 cups, heat to about 85 degrees and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 8 to 24 hours. Then refrigerate. I used the sour cream method and it turned out great!

Perhaps I don't know the true taste of real scalloped potatoes but these weren't even close to being spectacular. The creme fraiche was fun to make...found the recipe on a different search. Would have been better with a traditional white sauce and then add flavors.

These are some of the best Scalloped potatoes I have ever had. They have a lot of subtle flavor and a savory sauce (which is not too thin or too thick. My wive added some white pepper to give them a little bite. They are not bland in spite of previous reviews (although many pallets have been ruined by a life time of Nacho Cheese Doritos.

I just made these for Easter brunch and I veganized them with soy creamer, soy sour cream and soy butter and they were a huge hit with the family! Most everyone had seconds too!!!

This makes a great looking side dish, but it was a bit bland. I added extra garlic and salt and pepper, but still needed a little something else.

These had to be among the WORST scalloped potatoes I've EVER made. They had absolutely NO flavor to them. They looked so good that we were VERY disappointed with them. I doctored them up the next day with onion, cheddar cheese, Mrs. Dash, salt, pepper and other seasonings and they were better, but I'll not make these again.

I did not try this recipe because I have a perfect one for those that thought this was bland. Look up Tyler Florences Ultimate Potato Gratin. It has cabbage and bacon in with the potatoes. They are the best ever.
