I thought this was a great bar recipe. Lots of cookies with not too much work (food processor makes it go really fast. I will make again!

These turned out really good! I used dried cranberries instead of the butterscotch and used only 1/2 cup of brown sugar and they were great! If you don't let these set in the fridge for at least a few hours they will be very crumbley. I let mine sit in the fridge over night and brought them to work the next day and only had a very little bit of the top crumble off. I also used parchment paper instead of the foil to lift it out of the pan and that worked perfect! :o

These are delicious! Followed the recipe exactly, cookies came out looking just like the pic. Shared some with my neighbor, and I do believe her little girl ate half of them before she even got them home!
A definite keeper.

These were awesome! I doubled the recipe and made two pans using only 1 lemon. Added 1/2tsp of salt and used 11oc butterscotch chips and about 3oc white chocolate chips.

My bars turned out exactly like the photo!!! Plan on using a morning or afternoon to make these bars - totally worth the time!! I found these on a previous years '12 Days of Cookies' and my husband love butterscotch so I thought I would give them a try - I can't wait to share them with family and friends!!! I didn't make any changes and they turned out delish - I could eat the entire 9 x 13 - pan!!!

this definitely didn't come out like the photo...with all the layers...so don't make it for 'show'. It tastes fantastic, yet i have to say the dessert is REALLY crubmly and doesn't hold it's shape like a 'bar'...you need to eat it with a fork in a bowl.

I was just beginning to appreciate butterscotch when I found this recipe, and it has become one of my top three favorite desserts / cookies / bars of all time. Fantastic. I don't know why it is only four stars; the recipe is perfect.
