These cookies are TERRIBLE!!! Do not make them. I've made two batches of them this week in an attempt to determine if my technique or the recipe itself is to blame for such a bad end product, and I've concluded that this is simply a poor recipe. I also chose to combine the citrus zests, and I found that the end product has a bizarre bitter aftertaste. They also spread out completely flat during baking! I tried to remedy this in my second batch by beating the batter as little as possible (to limit the amount of air incorporated in the cookies, which puffs during baking and by freezing my piped cookies for a full day before baking. Neither of these attempts made a discernible difference. In short, these cookies are a HUGE waste of time and money--your guests will be happier with store bought cookies, and that's really sad.

these cookies did not turn out like the picture, they baked out flatter than a pancake, I think there wasn't enough flour. Anyone who can give me suggestions to make them look like they should, please advise, I've made cookies for years and this has never happened.

Took them to a christmas party and everyone LOVED them. Very delicate and light. Makes you think of sunshine even when it's snowing outside.

THE RECIPE IS VERY GOOD BUT I CANT GET THE CORRECT SHAOE AND I USED A PASTRY BAG AND A ZIPLOCK BAG. WHATS THE PROBLEM

I loved the light and delicate nature of these cookies. They are very soft and almost cake-like, which I adore. I find that they also work well when substituting ricotta for the cream cheese--I can make a nice lower-fat version that way.
