I made a white pizza recently and even though I used the pillbury store dairly shelf pizza dough, I followed the recipe from that point on.
The main thing I loved, was her recipe for the olive oil, thyme and garlic. I had never done that before . So now no matter what I use for homemade pizza, I heat the oil and let the garlic and thyme to flavor it. Then bush it on the dough.
Great !

I love this recipe. I made it for my family and let the kids help me stretch out their dough. I also let them decide on what toppings to add. I knew my kids wouldn't eat the arrugula, but I did add the garlic olive oil and they loved it They loved making it and they loved the crusty dough, and my kids don't eat the crust of ANY popular pizza's.I also let them add tomatoe sauce and pepperoni's. I tried the arrugula for me and it was a fantastic combination. I think the idea of these recipe's is for you to try it, but exclude ingredients you don't like. I've made many home made doughs and this one is the best tasting by far! Thanks Ina!

Well I am enjoying this crust. I have made it twice in the last two weeks. I don't use Arugula, instead use ground turkey, peperoni, green pep., onions and mushrooms but glad that I have the crust down pat. Thanks Ina!

I was always one to make my own pizzas because then I could put on things that maybe my local pizza shop didn't have. But I never tried to make the dough myself. I seen Ina make this dough and she made it look so easy, I just had to give it a try. It worked out wonderful and my husband was pleased as punch. I didn't have honey so I omitted that ingredient but other than that it worked out great. I will try it with the honey next time and looking forward to a great dough again.

I am 100% Italian and have always made our own dough for bread and pizza, I tried this one because Ina made it look so easy on TV - It was! I made it in no time at all, easy with no complications and my family loved it! It is the new recipe I will use from now on!
Thank you Ina for another great recipe!!!

This was my first homemade pizza, and it was AWESOME! FYI, I did have to add some extra water to the dough to get it at the right place. Enjoy!

Awesome pizza. The crust tasted good and was easy to make. This was my first time making the crust. Try it, you will love it. I also added toasted pine nuts.

I read the reviews for this one and lots of people said it was their go-to crust recipe so I tried it out-I followed all the steps for the crust only and we put our own toppings on. it was a bit too thick, but this was my first ever time making my own crust so thats OK : I just need to stretch it out more next time. the taste was fabulous!!!
leave it to Ina to add one simple ingredient to make the whole thing extra special.. honey!! such a nice touch!
and we did brush it with garlic oil like Ina recommended. it was goooood :

I made this pizza for the first time several weeks ago for my high-school aged kids. They LOVED it, and so did my husband and I. Since then, it has become a staple in our house. We no longer order out for pizza-- we make our own using this crust.

This is the best pizza crust recipe I ever tried. The crust was definetly not dry or salty. Follow the recipe exactly and you'll enjoy it!
