I thought this was very good. Again, I put the rest of the brown sugar in with the nuts (but I used walnuts. Mine didn't get very firm, but I don't think it was supposed to. More like a custard with a crunchy topping.

I made this tonight after seeing it on her show yesterday. And I too was a little irritated that she made it without telling what she was putting in it. I also but the rest of the brown sugar in the pecans. I baked mine for 60 minutes and it seemed to set up ok. I do remember her saying on the show that when you took it out of the oven it would still jiggle. I do wish the texture of the pumpkin was a bit more creamier. But those I served it too really liked it, and it was quite simple.

Saw this on TV, thought it looked interesting. Aida, you forget to mention what to do with the other half of the brown sugar! I added it to the pecans, coz that it was seemed to make sense.
As for the overall recipe, it came out tasting raw, even though I gave it more time than suggested.

I can understand the other viewer who was frustrated by not knowing the ingredients...but all I did was log on and there they were! I thought it was cute how her and her sister were talking...something me and my sister would do! I'm making it tonight for a friend...sounds delicious and simple!

Saw this on TV -- very frustrated that it was made without identifying all the ingredients!
