This is one of my favorite Brussels sprout recipes, So tasty! The walnuts and cranberries really kick in the flavor! I will for sure make this salad in the future!!

This was absolutely yumilicious! I made this recipe raw and substituted raisins for craisins (no added sugar that way! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Super tasty... made it for my girlfriends (who both disliked brussel sprouts and don't cook. They loved this and asked for the recipe! I omitted the nutmeg altogether, but I don't mind the slightly
"bitter" taste to it. Sunny has another recipe for parsnips (Holiday Parsnip Puree that called for nutmeg, and I really liked that.

Absolutely delicious! Never thought I'd be a Brussels sprouts fan but I can't quit making this recipe. Super easy and quick and, did I say, delicious?! Have been substituting Trader Joe's candied pecans for the walnuts, which adds a tad more sweetness to the dish. Try this and you won't be disappointed.

This is an awesome and easy recipe. If you don't like Brussels sprouts because they seem bitter, the nutmeg in these takes care of that. This has become our go-to vegetable since we had it for the first time last Thanksgiving.

Wow! I have to say, never have i tried brussel sprouts like this before. My 4 year old ate every bite off his plate and my husband really loved it as well...this will definitely be a keeper in my recipe book! Thanks Sunny!

I, too, don't care that much for brussels sprouts but since I've been trying to add more greens and variety in my diet, I thought I'd try these. Up till now I've been halving them and roasting them in the oven. My daughter loves them that way but I thought I'd try this recipe out. They turned out quite good, although, I did use less than half of the nutmeg called for. I just made a batch to take over to my daughter's this evening so she can try them out.

I'm a big fan of Brussels sprouts, so I'm always looking for new ways to prepare them. This recipe offers a very unique and very delicious technique. I happen to love nutmeg, but if you don't care for it so much, I recommend that you use 1/4 teaspoon instead of 1/2. Thanks, Sunny, for another great recipe.

This is my favorite way to use Brussels Sprouts in my weight loss menu plans (on Healthy Mom's Kitchen because my kids will eat it too!! Sometimes I add in some cinnamon and use almonds instead of hazelnuts.
