It was yummy! I made it right after Thanksgiving, so used left-over whole cranberry sauce instead of dried cranberries, and it was good.

Very good flavor, easy and quick to make as a last minute side before sitting down. Seems obvious, but wish the recipe had specified FRESH sprouts as frozen ones turned to goo when shredding them.

This was delicious !! My new favorite side dish. I made this for thanksgiving and near forgot about the stuffing and mashed potatoes. This was refreshing, and light, and crunchy, and sweet. A bit of everything. It was so easy to make.

I am a brussels sprout convert now as well! Never liked them, but followed the recipe and what other reviewers said (cooked them in bacon grease and added crumbled bacon at the end and also finished with butter. Wow - delish!!

OK First, I do not like Brussel Sprouts, although my husband LOVES them, so I saw this recipe on her show and thought what the heck, so I made them tonight. DH was a little nervous of the nuts, I used Walnuts instead, cooked the Brussel Sprouts in the bacon grease that I had rendered some bacon in ( I added this to it and then with the bacon, cranberries, walnuts and some garlic powder, pumpkin pie spice ( I didnt have nutmeg then melted a little butter into them once it was done cooking, AMAZING... I have to say I think I like Brussel Sprouts now!!

I made this last year for Thanksgiving and it was a hit, even with people who said they didn't like brussel sprouts. I added bacon to the recipe, using the bacon fat to cook the brussel sprouts in and added the cooked bacon on top after cooking. I have been asked/told that I have to make it again this year becuase everyone loved it!

I made this for Thanksgiving last year with one minor change (subbed toasted hazelnuts for walnuts and it was a huge hit. The leftovers were good as a cold salad. Making it again tomorrow for a summer side salad and will be subbing a bit of balsamic vinegar for the nutmeg. Yum!

My husband loves brussel sprouts and I'm not a fan so when I saw Sunny make this, it sounded like something I would like. It's GREAT! I've made it a couple of times now and really love it. It's a great recipe to try for those that may not have liked this vegetable before now. Thank you Sunny for giving me a new, healthy vegetable to love!

I have never cared to much for this particular vegetable, but I wanted too. When I saw Sunny prepared this dish, I decided I would give it a try. I like the fact the brussels sprout were shredded which made the dish very appealing. My family enjoyed eating it this way. I will be making this recipe again and again. Thank you Sunny!!!
