I made this morning to get myself in the Thanksgiving mood. Man, oh man, did it work. It taste so good. So easy and very tasty. My picky kids especially loved the whipped cream that tasted like the pie itself. They couldn't believe I didn't use "Cool Whip". I was worried that the 9 inch, deep dish pie shell I bought wouldn't fit "snuggly" into the glass pan I had, but it didn't matter, it came out great!!! I used a single can of Libby's 100% pumkin and ensured that I put in one egg at a time. Once it started cooling, it split a little in the middle, but who cares because you can't eat a pie whole anyway - right? It was quick and easy and taste like I spent a-lot of time on it. Loved it!!

haven't tried this yet but its a definite; love pumpkin cheesecake too but this looks a bit lighter. Sandra a lot of your recipes are healthy too, I think you could make more noise about this aspect! frozen topping sometimes has ... mysterious ingredients, and so although real cream has higher calories it is healthier and more satisfying - so you use less. thanks

Made this yesterday for a trail run for Thanksgiving. Brought it to work and EVERYONE loved it!! Super easy and quite tasty too. I do want to add that I used the entire 8oz brick of Cream Cheese instead of just half as the recipe stated. This is definitely a keeper =
