    I also used this for marinating a pork loin and it was outstanding. Now to the poster "Connie" below from California, what is your major malfunction, witch? Nobody is forcing you and your wretched family to watch Guy. If you don't like him, don't watch him. He's on Food TV for a reason with his own shows, and you, loser, are not on TV for a reason.

    this is to the person who called guy a pig.i just want to know why are you on his space after calling him that?you know i know you like his recipes and thats why you're talking crept.why don't you get off & stay off this sight.they should only allow nice comments to be aired.

    we have tried different things for our steaks and this made the best steaks moist, juicy, and very tender. we also put some pork chops in the marinade they were great too...love this will use it all the time
