My first time reviewing on Food Network. I was frustrated by all the reviews that indicated that this recipe was crumbly or that it was difficult to make. This recipe rocks, just needs a little tweaking. I cut the butter down to 2 oz. and replaced the other two with EVOO. Then I added 1/3 cup of minced sun dried tomatoes packed in oil and 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts. I cut back on the herbes de Provence to 2 Tbls. and added 2 tsp. each of fresh thyme and rosemary. This is a very delicate dough until it's baked twice. This will go into my "favorites" file!

I could only give this recipe 4 stars because it fell apart when I attempted to slice it. The taste is great and it sure smells good while baking. Next time I'll follow another reviewers suggestion of adding a tablespoon of water to the dough.

I had been asked to bring a savory appetizer to a meeting and this was a huge hit! I had to hide them from my husband who would have eaten the entire batch before I realized it!

These were really good and easy to make! I didn't have goat cheese on hand so I tried cream cheese and it worked out beautifully. Will definitely use goat cheese next time because I'm sure it'll be even better!

Its Spring and I used fresh herbs from our garden. Summer Savory, Thyme and chives. I used a honey flavoured chevre and reduced the amount of sugar in the recipe. These are very light and turned a great golden shade after the second baking. Will use this recipe again.

Yummy!!! The ingredients are inexpensive and the recipe is easy to follow. I did add a little more rosemary. I ruined my low carb diet because i couldn't keep away from these. My husband and 4 year old loved these as well.

I made this recipe with some leftover goat cheese I didn't know what to do with. It turned out wonderful! I didn't have any herbs De Provence, so I used a tablespoon of each: basil and thyme and then half a tablespoon of each oregano and rosemary, all dried. I also added in about a tablespoon of fresh sage. I also added in a few tablespoons of fontina cheese shredded. I baked it about 40 minutes the first time and the second time, I flipped it about halfway through and the total bake time was about 20 min. This recipe is fantastic! Thanks giada!
