This recipe was so easy but had the greatest flavor. I am not even a big fan of ham but I really enjoyed this.

I made this for company and everyone raved about the ham. It was moist and delicious. I did cut down a little on the chipoltes. Thanks Aaron. GREAT JOB. Keep those great recipes coming.

The recipe is brilliant because the chipotle goes so perfect with the meat! The fact that it allows for layering of the pepper sauce and the orange instead of the usual pineapple, made this ham a delight never to be forgotten and will be associated with Christmas forever! Also, that brown sugar and honey coating is pure heaven with the dark crusty deliciousness that reminded me of blackened marshmallow - sweetest of the sweet! My best friend JP made it with precision, true to your recipe and the aroma of this monster is filling this kitchen and it's the best Christmas memory forever to come!

This was the first time I ever attempted to make a ham and it was a smoky tasting success. Along with the smoky yam gratin, I had to pat myself on the back for a great Christmas dinner.

Made this ham for Christmas Eve dinner for 4 diners and my oh my was it good! I worried about having leftover ham in the fridge for days and days, but it didn't happen. Half the ham was gone during dinner and my husband and I took care of the rest after 2 days. I am not someone who usually eats ham three days in a row but I just couldn't stop eating it. Between the basting juice and the glaze (didn't use the chipotles it was the best ham I've eaten. Thanks Aaron!

This ham was so easy! It was my first so I was a little nervous it being Christmas dinner and all. We were all soooo happy with the way it came out. Very flavorful and a great glaze! I did a 10 ham and just added 15min to the first part of the cooking and 25 min to the second part of the cooking. A big hit!

First, let me say that my husband does not like spiral hams and my stepdaughter is a fussy eater. I insisted we buy a spiral ham and try this receipt for our Christmas Dinner. Well let me tell you, this was a big hit. The whole family enjoyed this taste ham dish. I will definitely be preparing this dish for future holiday meals. Thanks Big Daddy!!

We tried this on Christrmas....absolutely delicious....my son's said it was better than Honey Baked Ham....thank you for the delicious recipe. I wanted to try the smoke yam bake but didn't yet. Will soo.
