    This recipe is awesome IF you reduce the salt to 1 teaspoon. Loved it. Will make this again. Reminded me of the homemade potato salad my Mom used to make when I was a kid.

    This man knows how to COOK and he's a delightful host and this salad is fabulous. Now people who read these reviews - when you cook use common sense. This is a computer - a machine and people input the information for the reipes, the chef doesn't do the typing nor does he ever read it later so there are mistakes. If it sounds like too much salt, don't use it all. Enjoy the site but think first before adding something.

    I made this for dinner today. My family enjoyed it immensely. I used 1 tsp of salt and no eggs (I'm allergic to them. It was still delicious!
