Very tasty and easy to make. Made it for dinner tonight and served it with a light salad. Yummy!

Sandra came through yet again for our family! I did not make the bacon stuffed mushrooms, but had frozen bacon and kept the mushroom stems from another recipe, so I decided to throw this recipe together for our family of 5. I served the quiche for dinner with a lettuce wedge salad. My husband and kids were impressed and I'm thrilled with the money building up in our grocery budget do to the financial savings these recipes are causing. I am able to make 5 of Sandra's meals along with one more costly dinner per week, have a leftover night, and am saving lots of food money!

My husband and I enjoyed this so well I made it again the second day! I used egg beaters instead of eggs, and it baked up very tasty.

Very good and simple recipe. My picky eater son said next time to make two!
I have now also tried it with andouille sausage, potatoes and onions instead of bacon and mushrooms, still very good.
