Made these for a friends Superbowl party, and I didn't get any! But got rave reviews. Just made a batch for me. OMG, best I have ever had! Couldn't believe they were "that good". I also couldn't find the recommend blue cheese, so just used some pre-crumbled I found at the store. Not really a blue cheese fan before, but it really made the wings. Highly reccomend you try this recipe!

Excellent; relatively easy; easy to spice up if you want more fire. The sauce is also excellent.

Everyone loved these wings! Superbowl Tip: make the Yogurt sauce and the hot sauce the day before. I would even fry the wings ahead early in the day of game. Warm wings in the oven and combine with hot sauce just before you serve.

Also, in making the hot sauce, I halved all the chile pepper and added some back in at the end to get the the right heat - lots of kids in the house. This worked well.

As for the yogurt sauce - don't skip this! It's delicious! it can be a dip with veggies and I'm thinking of serving it with tilapia for dinner tonight. enjoy!

Huge success at the party. Easy to make and the Blue Cheese-Yogurt sauce was a great; subtle blue cheese flavor that is great even for non blue cheese lovers. Do not forget the honey, it really adds a great contrast flavor. The were a real hit as the are so different yet "traditional" wings. I will definitely make these again.

Gotta say they turned out great for a first try! I did go 2 tsp/tbl spoons instead of 1 where called for and they had a big heat factor. I am going to cut it down to 1 tsp/tbl spoon on the next try or maybe just double the honey. I didn't make the blue cheese which I will do next time as well. Some ingredients were hard to find but worth the effort had a good time and enjoyed the results. Will post again after I make them for an audience.

This is the first recipie we have ever made and immediately went out to the store to buy the ingridents to make again and ensure it wasn't a fluke! The taste is absolutely addictive and the sauce can be used on crackers or chips if you end up with extra. This was our first wing on the grill this year and we went out in the snow to make it our last. Thanks Bobby!!
