What a delicious alternative for baked chicken! For the sauce, I mixed dill & garlic salt in with the yogurt for great flavor. We will definitely make this again.

Excellent. Used boneless, skinless chicken breast. Moist and juicy. Made some substitutions: sour cream instead of yogurt. For spice.....Pirate Mikes seasoning. Used combo of Panko crumbs & seasoned croutons. We wanted a more flavorful dipping sauce: Sour cream, BBQ sauce, crushed pineapple, and flaked crushed coconut. Our sauce made the dish!!! Very tasty. Yummmmm.

Very tasty. Used garlic bagel chips and it was VERY flavorful, unlike a lot of similar recipes.

This time, I had a bit of trouble. The outside was getting overdone, while the inside was not quite done enough. I would recommend a combination of chicken thighs that are on the smaller side or increasing the cooking time by about 10 min, and turning over halfway through. Well worth it, though!

Very tasty. My husband is gluten free, so I tweaked the recipe. Yum yum.

I absolutely love this recipe! I use the 'Everything' Bagel crisps and have used rice crispies cereal and panko on different occasions. I have also used this on fish and it is delicious. Love, love, love it! So easy and so flavorful!

Very good. Even the hubby complimented it (he hates "healthy" food. I think it's the texture from the very crunchy melba toast. I tried the scallions but they just got blackened so I finished with simple mashed potatoes. Will use again.

I made this chicken and it was so good. I change the recipe just a little instead of the bagel chips that I can't find, I use bread crumbs and it work just fined. I going to make this again!

I made this dinner during midweek and it was so easy!! I read some reviews before I started cooking and ended up making my own adjusmtments to the recipe.
1.I used panko bread crumbs and ceaser croutons for my breading.
2.I used ground chilli powder instead of paprika .. gave it a nice kick.
3.I didn't have greek yogurt so I used sour cream .... I'm not quite sure if the sour cream had a huge impact on flavor but it did keep the bread crumbs sticking to the chicken.
4.I didn't have dijon musturd so I used ground musturd and added honey. The "marinade" tasted fabulous .... it could have been used for a dip or something. In the end when it was all cooked I didn't taste the honey and ground musturd like I thought I would .... it wasn't a strong enough flavor. My chicken definately looked like fried chicken and was crunchy (I also removed the skin of the chicken prior to baking.
